Shipping & Returns
jj-young.com ships within the United States and affiliated territories under the USA. Sales tax will be collected only on orders that contain taxable items. You will be notified by e-mail upon receipt of your order and if there are any issues pertaining to your order.
jj-young.com offers free on purchases $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a flat delivery charge of following below.
- Standard (3-5 business days) : $5.00
- *Alaska, Hawaii – Standard (3-7 business days) : $9.00
- "Business Days" means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders received between Friday after 1PM and Monday morning are usually processed within the next one or two business days.
- jj-young.com currently ships to all states in the U.S. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Please contact [email@example.com] for rates and details.
Sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't uploading or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via [firstname.lastname@example.org] and we will get back to you.
If you are unable to locate your package, please reach out to email@example.com right away! After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Edit Shipping Address
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email [firstname.lastname@example.org] ASAP!
- Unused and unopened merchandise can easily be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Please make sure to include shipping label received upon delivery for all items returned.
- Exchange/Refund : If the product originally delivered to you is defective, we are responsible for the shipping costs and process your refund.

- Please note: We do not refund the original shipping costs incurred when we process your return and exchanges. Customers are responsible for any shipping/handling fees.
- All return refunds and exchanges are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center.
- If the product originally delivered to you is defective, we are responsible for the shipping costs and process your refund.
- For all returns/exchanges, simply pack up the item(s) you'd like to ship back and follow the "Packaging & Shipping Your Return" instructions below:
Packaging & Shipping Your Return
- 1. I1. If you wish to expedite your return, please contact Customer Service [firstname.lastname@example.org] prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a return number.
- 2. Please include your shipping label and write the return number right next to your order number.
- 3. Fill out the reason for your return and then insert your shipping label inside the box.
- 4. If you have lost your shipping label, please include the following information with your return:
- a. Date of purchase
- b. Order number
- c. Reason for return
- d. Description of item you are returning
- e. Original price paid
- f. Method of Payment (along with purchasing Credit Card Type, Cardholder Name & Credit Card Number for Refund)
- Please ship all return merchandise to the address on the shipping label received upon delivery
- Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- *Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to post on your account.
